Edit: Removed the warning. Also: holy cripes, the neck looks WEIRD. I have no idea if I should have the mature content warning on or not. I'm just doing it to be safe. -- To sit in solemn silence, on a dull, dark dock, in a pestilencial prison, with a life-long lock, awaiting the sensation, of a short, sharp shock, from a cheap and chippy chopper, on a big black block.  Looks pretty neat mate. I like what you used for the background. You can feel his emotion. The complex of the body is great as well as the shading. Also nice job on the wings; they look pretty good.

Your anatomy is improving, you've surpassed me by a million years!!
His tear looks a liiiiittle fake, idk, maybe its just me. But I love the rest! Just watch out for making your lines look more clean, and maybe play-up on the blood if your going to add it. Besidse that, I love it! great work hon!

The body structure is very well drawn, although you the part from the back of the neck to the top of the wings seems angled slightly steep.
Also, the neck seems somewhat too thick. The finger that is showing has a shape, but you can't see the joints within it, as it looks like it's straight. Since the person is holding their head, that finger should be (at least) slightly curved.
Besides that, the shading is well-done. In fact, I have to say that you captured the lighting on this picture very well (which is quite hard to do in any picture).
The emotional content of the pose and colors together really send a strong message to the person looking at it. You can tell that they truly have been broken mentally.
The pattern of the wings adds to the atmosphere; the translucent appearance helps with your picture overall.
This picture really does stand out at you, the idea is a good one, and you conveyed it quite well.
